Our process
What goes into a job done right.
Every project moves through the same checkpoints. This is the spine — adapted on-site to what your home needs.

Pressure wash all surfaces (siding, trim, fascia, soffits)

Scrape failing paint, sand to feathered edges
03
Replace failed caulk at seams, windows, and trim joints

Spot-prime bare wood with bonding primer

Mask windows, walks, plants, and adjacent surfaces

Spray and back-roll siding when necessary for proper coverage, penetration, and uniform finish.

Brush and roll trim for crisp lines and detailed finish work.

Final walk-through in daylight before sign-off. All exterior doors are sprayed with an enamel spray finish for durability and a smoother appearance.
